For the second straight season, she has led the Freedom in games started (21), games played (21) and total minutes (1890) ... Grubb doubled her 2001 goal production in 2002, scoring two goals - both on penalty kicks ... Late in the season, with their unbeaten streak and playoffs on the line, Grubb had huge blocks in back to back games on July 23rd and July 26th, which preserved a tie and a victory respectively against Boston and San Diego – performances that helped send the Freedom to its first WUSA postseason;
