G.O.A.L.S. is certified by the NSCA to provide 1.4 Continuing Education Units (C.E.U.s) for Certified Trainers and Strength Coaches attending our 3-day South Jersey event. By attending G.O.A.L.S. you willl:

  1. Learn from the staff of Project Goals about specific techniques needed to reduce the chances for ACL injuries. Learn the mechanisms and causes of an ACL tear are and how to minimize them. Our interactive approach will help the trainers understand and apply the techniques right away.

  2. Benefit any trainer who works with female athletes, especially in soccer, basketball and volleyball. The techniques for ACL injury prevention can be applied to all three sports. Tools and knowledge obtained by G.O.A.L.S. will help any trainer modify their current program planning to help reduce the risk of injury of their athletes.

  3. Not just sit through lectures. We believe an interactive learning environment stimulate the greatest level of understanding. While our program does include lecture components, the focus is on hands-on interaction with the soccer players and staff actively instructing the soccer players on the drills and skills. understand the information and learn how to present it to your clients.

  4. Meet and work with some of the best and most prominent female soccer players, researchers, and strength and speed coaches in the industry.
